Yet another confirmation for 4 upcoming high end phones, most likely "lavender", compact, main and ultra with different code names: http://www.phonearena.com/new[....]-testing-and-debugging_id70731

Z3+ doesn't overheat anymore thanks to thermal throttling.

1. Shouldn't Sony be putting in efforts to perfect the current "far-from-perfect" 1080p panel on its flagships rather than going for 1440p and 4K panels? Gotta give credit where it's due, and Samsung deserves it for perfecting its AMOLED display.
4. Galaxy S6, LG G4, iPhone 6 and 6S... all of these take stunning pictures. Wait, did I miss something from the list? Oh yeah, Xperia Z1/Z2/Z3. Will we see Xperia Z5 being added to that elite list?

Ad. 1. They already recalibrated the panel in the Z3+, it's no longer too cold. Now they should do something to improve contrast. IPS Neo display seems to be a nice solution.
4. It's also important to take those stunning pictures fast, without meddling with multiple manual settings.

Judging from this testing if they are "lavender", compact, main and ultra, I guess it is true that H2 flagship range will feature S810 (probably the same version as Z3+) since S820 has not been supplied to manufacturers for testing. We shall see what other specifications that Sony Mobile will delight us.

For those who think Good cam means good sale.and G4 is overall a very good phone

a lot of people are waiting and 2015 seems like a year many people will keep their phones.if Sony releases a overall appealing phone this november and (the most important part)advertises it right they can grab some of HTC and LGs market share.even sammy and others

If SONY doesn't exist in this world I will just choose LG as I don't care about advertisement of any brand.

@Archdragoon
I'm not talking about us or geeks and techie guys but average people that are more than 80% of buyers.they buy based on TV ads and other promos.ask a normal person what's their phone's CPU or camera sensor and some will be totally surprised.some people don't even know what's android and they say my phone runs galaxy os or iphone os.Ads may not be Sony's only problem but it surely is the biggest(IMHO).I may be wrong though. For example Sony sells well in UK because people know about there phones.ads help increase public knowledge about portfolio.

Yes I agree that some people just buy what media told them it was good product. So surprise that some people don't check any review before buying O.o

Sony need to nail their camera - front and back!
Maintain excellent battery
Phone that fits in the hand well and isn't too tall.
Good screen.
Fingerprint!
Also keep heat under control - pretty much every Z phone has had some form of heat issue.

Sony should be leading the back especially in Camera but for some reason they dont.

There is no question that a few years from now at least all flags will feature oled display. the same shift is starting to happen in the tv's. and then to folding oled displays. i wonder what are sonymobile plans in this regard. they were a bit slow to shift to ips...
