I often wonder if maybe more than just me is tired of the same ol thing over and over.... I had some great shots but opted to no longer enter... This contest, forum and its associated "issues" have been long running... It would be nice to see more users take a stand to help motivate change. Its just stale / not bad (for most, I'm guessing) but just stale.... I'd be excited to see this site, contest and gallery get a makeover. As fast as all other technology around us evolves - the only thing that has really changed here is the onslaught of ads, banners and spam.

Yes true I agree with you it's quite sad to see the best forum on the net just not what it used to be. It seems to be only policed by two people now Hihihans and tranced although they do a decent job 😃

Who owns esato anyway? The homepage hasn't been updated, news last February, phone models hasn't been updated, they are still offering free themes and wallpapers. It looks dead and only active members are keeping this forum alive.

You make a good point JOH. There is a need for a makeover and active maintenance, but so long as the place isn't closed down I'm ok. I don't really visit the homepage anyway.

True, unfortunately. Hihihans and tranced do the best they can, but they're "only" moderators, these things have to be done by the site's admin or owner. Laffen is Esato's owner, but he seems to be very busy.

I do hope for at least a little makeover to keep the forums more lively and probably to attract more members as well. It's just a bit sad to see less activity here in the monthly thread.
