SONY is notorious for this aren't they,did the same with the 3.5mm ports few years back  .I really hope they drop this,does the Z1C have it too? @lightspeed - oh, i know it's technically "available" in the UK.. but it doesn't mean I will get it here in the states at the same time. Weird, I know. But even though I have a UK firmware, I get updated on a different timetable... even as an early adopter :/

keep checking Del and let me know. I hate having to plug in my usb just to check. i wish PCC would just keep the old firmware number saved and check on its own without my having to plug my phone in.
So yah.. let me know when you get yours cause that'll probably mean mine is available too

What values do you use/prefer for the white balance setting? I simply want the same cool white of my iPad mini or a Nexus 7 IPS.

Between 600-500 mb. I think it was around 300 before. The display seems to be darker than before which is a good thing but unfortunately, touch input is acting wierd at times like the older 4.2 firmware.

Meh. Looking forward to the camera samples, considering the hype that was created in the Rumours Thread here I'm expecting its camera to wipe the floor with EVERYTHING available except Nokia's 808 PureView,............
