That's a sad day in the game for Nokia
I don't understand why they just stuck with
MS, why didn't they approach Android?!

I've got aload of old Nokia classics still
(Wonders if they will be worth anything if I keep
Hold of them lol)

Looks like Apple and Samsung are the Big boys in the
Market these days!!!!

Bye, bye Nokia!

They were making a mistake after mistake, it had to end some time.

Nokia's height and peak was Nokia 808 PureView.

It was the last true Nokia phone. And the best cameraphone Nokia has ever made.

@Miss UK,Elop said the reasons they went with MS was because Nokia could not catch up with likes of Samsung in the crowded Android market. And they said it just wouldn't have worked. That was an interview I read with him

I didn't think Nokia peaked with PV808. It was with N-Series, alongside with the E. and their MusicExpress. We saw their decline even with the monstrous camera 808.
I could even say that N8 is more successful than PV808.

I meant from technological point of view, not sales or popularity(N95 would probably be it)

Nokia was always about cameras and Symbian, with 808, they reached their maximum potential.

The 808 was not really available on the general high street in many countries. The N8 sold more cos it was available everywhere. I loved the E series phones especially the E72 which oddly enough I never actually owned. Loved the N73 too. It is a lot more sad about Nokia compared to Ericsson when they went in my view.

I think you can blame me for killing Nokia.
All brands I used are gone.
I started with two Ericsson phones, switched to Siemens then bought some SonyEricsson phones. Now I have a Nokia.
So..... Which brand do you want to disappear next?

Didn't your wife have a BlackBerry?
