@DACHA Of course... That's what I want from Sony... They shouldn't repeat the mistake by releasing the devices so late... I also wish Sony would release only one solid global device instead of two different versions like Yuga & Odin for different markets... So that everyone can get one quality device at the same time...
PS : Talking about that bravia concept, I thought I was the only who liked it...

The Bravia concept is good, but IMO TOO simple. Minimalism is good, but not too much...
I don't get people. Never Have, never will. |

Just got the dimensions for ODIN/YUGA thanks to Spectre51 @ xda.
Yuga - 138.6 x 71 x 8.1 - 140 grams - water resistant
Odin - 131.6 x 69.7 x 9.8 - 147 grams - IR remote
ODIN is actually smaller than ION but it will have a 5" screen

They seem to think it indicates a Nexus device from Sony is in the works.

Ah damnit! I'll be pissed if I have to choose between water resistant Yuga and IR remote Odin! I WOULD, however, be happy if they combined all of that into the 6" phablet |

You can easily do a build.prop edit and change the Android version |

Thought I should mention the Playstation Mobile SDK went live today. It will be interesting to see how quickly this app ecosystem grows. |

@randomuser: Haha, the Yuga's water resistantance and bigger battery is the big deal for me. The IR remote and small size is a nice tradeoff though. As for me, us getting the Odin in the US doesn't sound so bad anymore especially if the smaller size means smaller bezel. I just hope the battery size is like the Yuga's 2400mAh though. As we saw with the HTC Droid DNA, a 1080p 5" screen needs that extra battery to be competitive.
If those dimensions are right, the Odin is thick at 9.8 mm vs. 8.1 mm of the slim Yuga. Even with the IR (awesome feature) it seems the Yuga still wins for me.
