wow and what if i told you that there is a great semi decision now inside SONY that they 'll use the new Qualcomm 800 with adreno 330 in the One project (2h.2013 flagship) with all the other new features i told you about of-course
also from the new things that pop up is the use of the new white magic screen from japan display in 2012 and now they are thinking in more heat decreasing , but the new bad news than before is that the battery have no space with all this new things of-course after adding the IR also to be the previous 2800 , it will instead be 2600 with the same front design of Odin little bezel and same glassy back of Yuga with water proof and dust / scratch resistance , and internal memory with 3 variations 16,32,64 plus the SD card , and 'll have only one version with all LTEs /HSPDAs , with no camera shatter button also as Yuga
also the smaller than 4" may be deleted or not be continued after this generation E
as there are a new strategy that SONY will make just high end products the 4 main sizes are the 4 , 4.3 , 4.6 & 5
leaving the budget / near luxury phone and tablets to SHARP & TOSHIBA and leaving the high shock resistance /rugged phones for PANASONIC , so that all the main Japanese can sell well all together without intersect in the market but also with sharing a lot of parts all together , another thing that HTC will not be the only company to be PS certified

That's what I wanna hear! Pretty much everything great other than no camera shatter.
The battery issue isn't a big one for me because all that really matters to me is that the phone can endure the whole day. Now, what troubles me here is the fact that batteries have diminishing capacities and I would like to replace the battery after a year, so I would really need an option for removable battery.
Also, you didn't mention anything about the back side having a E reader screen? Did they discard that nonsensical idea?
is still there as i told you front and back is glass as Yuga , the main problem they are facing it now is the battery , and battery size because it seems these new screen yes produce white alone but something technically i don't know it takes more power , but it looks superior miles way over any screen on the market and another issue on the screen it takes also from processor it is mean , needs a lot , so they are now mainly in R&D to modified it's power and processing without modified it's o/p |

Shouldn't a White Magic panel take much less power than regular LCD and OLED? But I'm not more knowledgeable than a whole R&D team anyway. Would it be an White Magic LCD or OLED panel?
Also, I hope they don't disregard their phones below 4", probably anything smaller than 3.5" and qHD. The people loved the Xperia U and the Xperia mini's and Ray from SE. They are small yes, but can still bring that premium Sony experience even with a smaller handset. |

PhoneArena have no clue, GSIV will use MALI T604 GPU, not PowerVR or even T658. |

The source is anandtech, one of the most respected tech sites on the Internet so it's true. But it's their octacore they are talking about, the question is if that will be in their sgs4 |

Yes, Octacore may have that PowerVR GPU for sure, but GS4 doesn't have that FAKE octa chip |

It is simple, it delivers better performance along with less power consumption. That is why the iPhone has better battery life with a 1440mAh battery than most other phones on the market.
Anything that is ARM based has good performance but is power hungry.

Regarding the viewing angles:
I prefer to have as little viewing angles as possible. It has to do with something called privacy. This way the champ sitting next to my table cannot see what i am doing/viewing on my phone. To me color distortion and fading is much appreciated for any angle above +-50 degrees.
Same goes for screen size. I dont want a phone with screen bigger then 4inch. Again this is a privacy matter to me. Bigger screen means, people next or opposite to me reading my private conversation which is a privacy issue to me.
I am not being paranoid, but is the same as if you are working on your laptop in a coffee house. I just dont want people (even by chance) to have an opportunity to read my account balance, or any other sensitive data i might receive over a private chat or text.
Integrated battery complaints is the same stupidity. None ever complained about iPhone having non-removable battery ever since iPhone has been introduced. So why can anyone dare to make it a "-" for any other touchscreen phone? Simply they are just marking these as negatives.. even though in real life, none cares... |
