oh dear.................... and the control fest continues....... oh well if you have just bought an iphone5 prepared to get that wallet out because bye bye third party products! lol Apple are really really taking the pi$$ for sure!!

But as I expected its getting mixed reviews, so claiming its the best phone in the world is a bit overhyped. it aint! Yes good camera but its os is so old, copying other os's ideas and still not pulling it off too well. The best one I laugh is the so called panoramic shooting, you have to shoot the phone in portrait mode lol thats just sh1t sorry but with even my 1.5 yr old gingerbread Neo V can do this hell of a lot better. Seriously iphone 5? ihyped 5, same old non innovative Apple. Roll on my New Xperia V in a couple of months and thats going to use the SGS3 and iphone 5 to wipe its ar$e to be honest!

Phone Dog website have reported laggy texting on keyboard & some other lag in the OS. Which they said is unusual but also a strange streaky line going through the screen on the keyboard too

Heh true, which is why i still keep my Nokia N8 fully charged and ready to go whenever i am going to shoot some photos i want in much better quality.
Again, the iPhone 5 cannot compete with the N8. Hell lets not even mention the 808 !
@ chunkybeats - if this is true about the chip in the lightning cables (such a childish name for such a simple accessory) then it would simply be typical of Apple.
Apple need to learn from Sony's mistakes about trying to force people into buying their accessories only, look what happened to the Memory Stick format, and the minidisc etc.
Apple are in for a downfall next year imo. Theres not much left in the tank.

Strange how iOS 6 isn't running as smooth on a iPhone 5,
My 4S is working normally not recharged since Monday
25% currently 5hrs 45mins Use 20hrs 28mins standby
And I've used it for shitloads of stuff!
So maps is abit blurred like I would rely
On a phone to find a awkward destination
Use PC simple as apple will launch a update
Prior to it to sort abit of blurring big deal!!!

@etaab sh1t yeah Sony was such a pain years ago prior to going micro usb and sd, I still have my old memory stick pro duos and 3 different chargers, im glad Sony woke up and realised!
The iphone5 gets released here in NZ. on Friday and people are so blind saying that they dont need NFC like WTF!, I think kiwis are so typical Apple users with that arrogant and less educated mind, some of my friends have finally realised that Apple are indeed a control company and are selling their iphones for far superior android phones. |

Now that WOULD bother me. Good camera quality is what i always want in any phone and the purple colour is total false. That would tip me over the edge and into returning the phone for something else.
Which again is why i havent sold my N8 even though now i carry a SGS3 with me everywhere. Its camera simply cannot be beat by anyone but Nokia themselves.
That keyboard static lines bug is purely cosmetic and more of an embarrasment to Apple than a major issue, or would be for me anyway.
