Yeah you're right I guess I just looked too much into what they said about the camera and UI. When I held the dummy model it never felt that big especially next to the Galaxy Note 2 dummy model. As for the weight I think they over do it on saying it's unusable. Many digital cameras are quite heavy. My Lumia 800 is quite weighty and never have I any issues as I hate cheap feeling light weight phones. The night shots look good for me with not that much noise and daylight shots am sure will be fine although as some say not the best ever out there. But even the 808 can produce dull shots on grey dull days with pale colours

Original
This shot were the best I could get out the Lumia 800 in low light. If I had the 920 I'd work it good!!

found one photo on flickr and and i am puzzled (
exif says: 0.3sec, 800 ISO with OIS. So i guess this should be blur free but its not especially on edges

More than likely done handheld that's why. There is not that much noise in that photo actually not as much as most

Well, I guess with other phones one wouldn't be able to notice any blur, because the photo would be too dark to see anything at all.
Live and let live, how hard can it be ?

The blur is noticeable all over as I can see which suggests camera shake to me. But it is a very brightly lit clear shot for night time which would be even better using a tripod. There is a little noise but not alot

It's a minimal blur that you can't recognize if you look at the photo zoomed out or print to a 10x15 cm photo..
The end result for these two use cases are better than any other smartphone or even compacts could deliver! |

Well,I'd be happy if my phone produced a night shot that good. I know it's not Pureview in the pure sense like the 808 but I feel Nokia has done the best it can for now in a Windows device. As previously said, future tech advances will allow this. Am confident in Nokia to produce more great innovations in camera tech where others still lag behind. I know a camera is not the only selling point of a mobile device, but many people now want a decent camera in a mobile hence the recent decline in digital camera sales for point and shoot. And as for size,I have even seen many women carrying around quite large sized phones. Nokia tried I think to fit all it can without totally spoiling the Lumia unibody design. If it were to have what the 808 has it would be bigger still. Let's hope future tech advances allow for smaller components at same quality

Had a play with a friend's 920 red, gorgeous device and certainly not too heavy! What are those reviewers, men or mice?

The screen is beautiful and the display glass is "curved" again, like on the N9 and Lumia 800, which looks better, than the "flat" glass on my Lumia 900, imo.
The 920 is a bit thicker, larger and heavier, than my Lumia 900, but it "feels" good, Nokia build quality! And I'm a woman, not a power-lifter
Our friend has bought it in Germany, it'll take a few weeks, probably more than a month, before both Lumias are available here in NL
Realising now, I've been so busy playing with the phone (didn't have much time, had to drive 80 kilometers), that I completely forgot to take a few pics, sorry for that .

Well,I was in a store here today and they said the 16th of November for UK. I agree the curved glass on my 800 is beautiful and makes everything look printed on the screen

808 fundamentalist ...
The 920 I would say has, in dark environment , a better point and shoot camera.
The 808 is amazing in its way but i wouldnt buy it because of obvious reasons. But please ,this is not a battle to the death !

Strongly Agree With You !
This Is Not Battle To The Death... And Yes The Elucidation Of Facts !
And Just Me is Based On Real Numbers, Facts And Mainly Images What I'm Building My Opinion !
Unlike you, Some Members From Esato And Own Nokia... Who Want To Make One Average Cameraphone, The Best Solution Photo Story !
P.S: Lumia 920 PureView LITE When Is Even Higher NSeries N8... How Can Be Better Than the 808 PureView Pro ?
Your Thought, Of Some Members Esato And Nokia Is Ridiculous !
For You Say That Because Of a Backlit Sensor, Focal Opening Higher The 920 Is Better Than 808 !
This Is So Illogical As To Say That The SAMSUNG EX2F (f1.4 And CMOS BSI) Is That the Best CANON G1X (f2.8 And CMOS FSI) !!!
Please... Less "I Think" And More "Hard Facts" ! Please... Less "Fad" And More Knowledge Photo !!!
