Yeah I would rather buy a cheap knock off from china (got heaps here imported into NZ) with dual sim and android 1.6 in it haha!!! I have had the iphone 4 and its crap, tiny screen, annoying restrictions, crap camera etc etc the list goes on.......

Apple has to feel that they are in a great position with this patent fight or they are being really stupid with this flurry of court fights. I am hoping they lose them all and return the cellphone industry where it was before with sitdowns and negotiations and licensing between the different players.

There is a company now suing them for infringement of their noise cancellation feature. Hopefully the company wins and shuts down the fruit company. See the link below.
