I have a story which is true. When the HTC One X came out the guy I know in a local Phones4U store told me a story which stunned even him. Some chap walked into Phones4U on day of One X release and got one sim free for over £500!! Now he never took out insurance so he was only covered by warranty for breakdown. That same night he went out on the piss and was so drunk he tripped up and smashed up his new HTC One X. The next day he walked back into the Phones4U store demanding a replacement!! Now, correct me if I'm wrong but since when was getting pissed and smashing your phone covered by warranty?? The store refused anyway but the guy would not leave the cheek of him. Anyway reluctantly the store manager called up head office and the authorised a free replacement  I thought WTF?? That's like if I buy a new car without insurance and decide to go smash it up with a hammer. Should I expect a replacement from that?? I think not
