If its a generic UK firmware, can you please upload it to something like dropbox etc...
Thanks
EDIT: I have a copy of the UK firmware.

Just updated mine via PC companion to 2.3.3.
Will take a while to work out what's been fixed, the first boot up always takes time for the phone to "settle in". I would be interested to see a complete fix list.
Timescape widget appears to have been fixed, it's more stable now (before it was doing my head in crashing all the time).
Camera issue (fingers crossed also seems to be fixed now) - taken a few photos and very little battery drain (compared to before) - It'll be a big thumbs up from me if this has been resolved. |

Hey all, could someone tell me the price of the Xperia Arc in India and some of the other gulf states? Out here in Oman, the dates are still tentative and prices are not forthcoming.

the battery seems improved.
the facebooks pics in the gallery is great.
wifi seems very stable.
responsiveness seems improved, but still i find slow in some areas. maybe coz its still unpdating the pics, contacts and things.
in general it loooks a great thing. will know more details after few days of usage.

Has anybody removed the pre-applied screenprotector ? Wonder if the screen is really scratch resistance |
Bonovox Joined: Apr 13, 2008 Posts: > 500 PM |
I did on my x10 & the screen protector is more prone to scratches than the screen itself. Trust me Same for the Arc. I think though the protector is more for shatter proof as it really is thick when you take it off
