21st March! That's great news! Less than two weeks.

Don't think it will be available on that date here in the UK, on Play it says 1st April and on MobileFun they haven't even got a date for it's release yet.

I know its a little early, but will there be screen protectors available for the Arc once its released?

At least in Sweden, a screen protector and a case/pouch will be provided in the box (not sure how they looks like), along with a 16 GB card, a wired headset, charger and a HDMI cable.

Official equipment of the product is delivered on the territory of Russia.

1. Mobile phone Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc
2. MicroSD memory card 16GB
3. HDMI cable IM820 (1 meter)
4. Stereo Headset MH650 (with L-shaped connector)
5. USB-cable ES600 (with L-shaped connector)
6. Compact Power Charger EP800 GreenHeart
7. Battery 1500 mAh BA750
8. Screen protector already pasted

Phone will be available in early April 2011 for a suggested retail price of around 650 euros.

Holster (case) is not included.

Holster is supposed to be included in sweden
I just hope the screen protector isn't pasted when it arrives
Will kill someone since I HATE the protectors, Just feels sticky and disgusting

I've noticed that Play.com have changed the release date from 1st April to 29th March and the price has gone down from £449.99 to £429.99

I think it will be 1-2 weeks delay here in Bahrain, I just called the dealer ( Fakhro Electronics ), she said 1st week of April, and I asked her about the price, she said BD225 ($297 / €430)... but you have the full right of using salt on these coz our dealers staff in most cases don't know a thing !! I asked her about the price is that is sure ? she laughed and said appropriately

I really do hope that it is available from operators before the initial release date of April 1st. I'm off to Lisbon on that date and it would be fantastic to be able take this phone along and put the camera through it's paces.

The initial release date is not 1 April, remember that the official release is in Q1 which ends in 31 March... so if really wanted to be accurate and true about the Q1, then all main and major market should have Arc in late March

Still want to know what video format is needed to play HD/720p movies x264/mkv and i am in love! (not needing to convert any of my movies, if i do i will probably never use the hdmi function) and does the sensors work if you flip it to horisontal and want to play games on the tv(most games are landscape mode)

I'm really torn whether to get the Arc or the Nokia N8, I suppose it depends on the camera quality and how good low light shots are with the Exmor R Sensor.
