The first video shows opening the 'Playstation' app from the tray and it opens instantly no lag, to the first screenshot posted by huiyi on the previous page. Then he clicks the top 3 tabs back and fourth, that's it. The tabs are from left to right: 'All' 'Recently added' 'Recently played'
The second video on that Chinese page being bandied about show a Meizu M9 (Chinese brand) next the PSphone starting 'Dungen Defenders' simultaneously, PSphone loses the speed of the draw in loading by about 3-4 secs.
The third shows 'Asphalt 5' on the PSphone running with the gamepad open. Buttons don't work just the accelerometer to control, meaning android games that have not been specifically made to work with the game controls won't work with the game controls.
The fourth video near the end is a preview of the UI with menu icon rearranging, the menu screens sliding left and right in panes like on the X10 minis, either side of the on-screen app tray icon are 2 (4 in total) docked apps and there's an animation of the bin opening and closing when you bin a shortcut from the desktop.

M9 PSP phone does not run the game smoothly. . M9 mobile phone is better than a lot of PSP. . . |

For the first time in years, I am not mad at Sony Ericsson, but I am not happy either. Arc is what X10 should have been IMO, so it is not supposed to be their highend phone and it is just a follow-up. It is good that they announced something officially before MWC, and hopefully, it won't be released too late.
I believe that Sony Ericsson didn't announce its highend phone because there are many products in CES and it is not specially held for mobile phones. So, I will have my finders crossed until MWC. |

I dont think SE will announce anything more highend than Xperia Arc at MVC. The phones that I think will be announced are the phones that have been leaked, vivaz successor, new minis and xperia play. To me it seems like these phones will fill each price segment. If Xperia Arc is priced like the vivaz successor it will also compete with it. The SE überphone people are hoping for will probably come late 2011. After MVC most companies will probably have dual core phones announced and even though I don't care particular much about dual cores yet its an important statement. To have an state of the art phone with the latest tech shows that you are not falling behind. Reading forums, there are demands for dual cores and by not having it SE will loose customers. I understand that for most everyday users dual cores doesn't mean a shit but the awareness about new tech is growing I believe and so are the potential buyers of highend phones. |
