But camera drivers can't change pixel quality which is what we should be looking at

ok so we must stop use modded camdrivers pixel quality is one parameter out of....hundreds.For example changing sharpness parameter can destroy or embrace a photo. That is what we should be looking at...

No, obviously camera drivers are great, but if its not a super mode one then editing is just the same. super mode is amazingly useful
Pixel quality isn't a parameter its the quality of the camera. We should look at things like noise reduction from 100% crops instead of parameters like saturation/sharpness/brightness/contrast which can all be changed very easily afterwards. It depends on how you look at it, that's my view.
Unless you are looking at the original parameters the camera chooses without the idea of editing them, but why let the people in charge of the camera module in Elm/C901 decide what sharpness/saturation etc.. is the best when you can easily change it yourself? There is no 'better parameter' as some people like very saturated photos and others like very sharp photos, one isn't "better quality" than the other, the same can't be said for pixel quality and noise reduction, these control photo quality --> the real detail at full size...
We can just compare full size which is the most important and see which has the most potential considering editing too...
C901 tends to produce photos lacking in saturation and sharpness for my taste, Elm has strong contrast but strange colors in low light, all which can be changed.
I wouldn't be surprised if most people didn't agree

IMO:
-Elm can match C901 (when it comes to taking pictures in daylight)
-But Elm can't beat C901 (Elm performs poorly in lowlight and lacks xenon flash, which C901 has)

its not even close in my opinion.. the XENON flash makes the C901 100x more valuable than Elm..
