Yes, already provided that the photos had passed it by an app no drama but you can if you want to upload images in servers for that the properties remain intact exif or near this, anyway the pictures of the x10 are better than other models androids well i think so.
About xenon flash in my opinion and not speaking by the team is that there is no more space for this device for several reasons and one strong reason is that spend a lot of energy. Some friends like of xenon flash and as I donīt live in a cave and am not a caveman for me makes no difference xenon flash. The leds flash of last generation have a good technology with a mixing various materials implemented with good perfomance in low ligth conditions and really are more fast for shootout and has the condition of being turn on for photos/videos all the time with less energy expenditure.
About the applications to android, testing and we perceive is that all work programming is off the sensor and that is working with post processing programs has some very nice effects with grids and more of 6 effects in the pics.
Of course the sensing device that better have quality together with the hardware will have the best images and a greater chance of approaching of the real image.About the cameras android I guess that the SE has an advantage in this aspect.

I have uploaded a couple to photo section here in esato. The x10:s photos gets listet under the brand "semc" so it might be tricky to find for those who dont know. But i have managed to upload 6 so far.
