I haven't tried it but I believe that Launcher Pro allows you to change the size of the icons... |

As far as I know it can only be installed on Android 2.x devices. So after the long-waited 2.1 update Launcher Pro should be compatible with X10 mini pro. |

I love ADW, but I have to say, I really miss the 4-corner icons of ... on a smaller Android device, I think that layout was brilliant! Too bad they stuck with the annoying side-scrolling menu of the iPhone for all the other apps.

Don't know about mini, but on mini pro it is ok. Should be the same model of part for both phones though... |

Hi Chaps,
Seeing O2 now sell the pro's for £179 I was thinking of picking one up, anybody have any suggestions as to the cheapest method of unlocking this phone? I am doing a trip around the world and won't be using O2 all the way |

i don't know if i'm in the right forum but i just wanna know what better alternative home/launcher apps you can suggest?
i've tried ADW and GDE but i'm looking for something with bigger icons like the default Home Screen.
i like ADW for the themes that are available and the customizable drawer apps (so you can hide apps from the apps drawer), on the other hand, i like GDE for the animations but it doesn't have enough customization like ADW.
Maybe you guys have tried others?
Thanks for the response!
I've been using LiveHome, (switched from ADW). You can hide apps from the app drawer. It also supports some themes of ADW, aHome, pandahome. It's highly customizable although I haven't seen any setting for the icon size. |

@Spinz:Fancy Widgets or Beautiful Widgets have clocks similar to HTC's. |

Hi,
My X10 mini has been displaying the "Low on storage space" annoying icon for quite a while now... I have unsistalled a whole lot of applications after that message appeared... But that message keeps coming back every few days even without installing any new applications.. hardly and video or photos clicked...
How to free up more storage space?? And is anyone else having the same problem?

What apps do you have left installed?
Go to your Sony Ericsson App Manager, then look at each app ... the one I found using a lot was Gmail (I use, K9) so I cleared that as well as the SNS data

You've got an internal error on the phone. First try completely reflashing it via SEUS. If that doesnt work try the Repair feature in the PC Companion software. If that doesnt work still then i'm afraid you need to send it off to SE for repair.

@jplacson
After installing the 1.2.XXXXX update I find that I no longer need to have a background task running at the same time as barnacle and it still holds the connection. Perhaps SE is bringing the hotspot functionality feature to 2.1? |
