just try connecting with my friend's w850i and yes they are 'install' option available, and so for my j105i and k770i. everything works fine. don't bother installing new updates as for me SEUS seems to always checking for its latest update and install it instantly before it was ready to use. ye, maybe your pin are dirty or the usb hub/port aren't working right.

There's nothing wrong with the usb port becsuse when i plug something else in there it works fine.

I think you might have the same problem i had.
Make sure you have a cda still applied to the phone. If you've uploaded a customize_upgrade.xml file without a cda written in it, the process will erase the cda from the phone. I had that happen to me once, SEUS wouldn't let me update.
All i did to fix it was upload a customize_upgrade.xml with my phones proper cda & then SEUS let me update.
To see if your cda has been erased go to the service menu on your phone (>*

imo his w850 won't get affected by the customize upgrade mod, it should still have it's cda since it was db2020 phone? cmiiw

I have not done anything to my phones to lose the cda.I don`t customize it in anyway.

I`ve sorted it,i had the phone on when it should have been off.Which is strange because when i`ve updated before,the phone has always been on.
