I did not understand what do you mean Plank. depth? is this something about colors or tonal range?

Couldn't resist, bought myself the little bugger! And i have to say the camera is top notch as far as im concerned. There may be cameraphones that catch more detail (higher megapixel) , but photos from c901 certainly is a treat to watch. I uploaded a few of my so far boring pictures due to cloudy weather. I still think c901 handles it well. The flash is as strong as k850 and of course suffers a bit with noise depending on distance to object, but thats expected. Phonewise its nothing spectacular, its a regular SE feature phone.

Some pics in really crappy weather. It was poring rain today so i just tilted the car window down a bit and snapped some quick ones. Really no effort to make these something special, just snapped them and they became good.

And a makro again

Went out now and took some night shots also.

Night scene Ev -1,7 made it lower iso to 100

Twilight landscape Ev0,0 gives iso 200 and brighter pic

The phone isnīt this good in all auto, it takes some settings and very steady hands for a half second exposure. It also seems that by lowering the Ev we also get a lower iso and a sharper pic. Less details ofcourse but nicer looking image.

In all auto it choses iso around 400 with quite noisy result. In twilight landscape it chooses around half the iso than in stadard and a longer exposure time. So twilight landscape and ev around -1 to -1,7 seems to work best.

Itīs a bit trial and error, snap a few with different settings and se who looks best. Im quite amazed by these results also even though some pics went terrible wrong and unsharp. Itīs a little bit like cheating, the little phonecam canīt handle large isos that well so we cheat and lower Ev/iso to get a nicer looking pic

Pitzon what is the focal length and aperture of C901 ?
What i like about sony ericsson is that it doesn't want to prove anything... it's more like a lifestyle

Thanks HxH

More shots, im most impressed in how allround good this phone is. I hardly get any bad shot and itīs so quick. Focus is 99% right all the time. Havenīt had any phone who has been this good in so many different situations.

This one i shot against the sunlight. Thought it would get all bad but it didnīt. Impressed

All pics all auto, no settings
