It is sorta because no one wants to spend £350 on a phone then spend an extra £30 on a memory card & to purchase wayfinder sepraltey would cost you over £50.

Sure I understand that.
Really resent the fact wayfinder is subscription based. It's a bit of a con and once your in the loop it's hard to get out, a bit like these silly MMPORPG's.

I just hope TomTom or Garmin release some decent java software at somepoint, or that someone works out a good crack for wayfinder.

I'm considering getting the C905 Plus as i am in the UK but i'm waiting to find out if it had the usual C905 faults before getting one, if it doesn't have any problems then i would buy one!

I have just got a new C905 and was wondering if someone could help me with the following:

When the phone slider is shut and you press the call/end/d-pad buttons etc. it wobbles up and down in a see saw fashion.

Is this normal or should I send it straight back?

Thanks.

I think you should return it...even if it wobbles it shouldn't have been that bad.

@adnansanni- I am going to wait, I'm not going to get a C905 Plus until i know that they are reliable i think they will be bearing in mind that they were released in March or April and the hardware problems with the C905 were known way before then so i would be very disappointed with SE if they hadn't resolved the issues with the C905 Plus.

@northmonkey
Why not get the Renoir now then? It's quite a decent device, although I myself use a C905.

@gtr3

I am not that keen on touchscreen phones to be honest also the renoir is crap in low light and that really puts me off buying it, if it had a decent flash on it then i would have really thought about getting one.

I got a C905 Plus and there's nothing wrong with the phone. I had a 09w02 and the keypad had scratches all over it from the slider.

So it's safe to get the C905 plus.

Any people got a C905 Plus? I am still seriously considering getting one but before i do i want to know whether:-

1.Is the earpiece problems resolved on this handset?

2.Is the build quality better i.e is the slider stronger and not so wobbly?

3.Has the problem with the slider scratching the keys been sorted out?
