It looks like ev was increased, or light sensor partly covered up.

Pic 2 seems to have the most accurate white balance of the lot... Overall the 5th pics looks the best to me... The first pic is too overdone...

No. 1 and 5 are the best IMO, thought I'm not a professional photographer just a simple amateur

I think the first is the best. The second place takes pic N5.
The best mobile phone brand died with Sony Ericsson's death. Shame on you Sony for killing it! And, of course, for ruining the Xperia brand...

I don't understand how we can judge anything when all you get are resized images. It's like a music competition with only 10 second songs. I'll leave this to the pro's

At full size it'd be easier to spot which camphone each photo came from. Each model handles noise reduction and sharpening in different ways. For example Sony Ericsson and LG use the median filter (sharper but more loss of detail, when too strong filter the result looks like an oil painting) while Samsung and HTC use Gaussian filter (blurry but more natural IMHO).

. . .

The results have been posted:

TEST1 (Outdoor)
Samsung Innov8: 68,9 %
Nokia 6220 Classic: 0,9 %
LG Renoir: 0,3 %
HTC Touch HD: 0,2 %
Sony Ericsson C905: 29,7 %

TEST2 (Indoor without flash):
Nokia 6220 Classic: 34,4 %
Samsung Innov8: 22,8 %
Sony Ericsson C905: 0 %
HTC Touch HD: 0 %
LG Renoir: 42,8 %

TEST3 (Indoor with flash):
LG Renoir: 0,8 %
Sony Ericsson C905: 43,1 %
HTC Touch HD: 1,6 %
Nokia 6220 Classic: 42,7 %
Samsung Innov8: 11,8 %

TEST4 (Other):
This test was not voted on by readers but instead judged by M3 themselves. Their conclusion (translated by Google as I'm feeling lazy):

Best overall image quality in this test has Samsung Innov8, but are you looking to buy a mobile just for the camera, it is still Sony Ericsson C905 which is the best camera phone. The excellent design, clever features and a good flash determines (albeit barely) to its advantage.
