I'm ok, and i use alot of data i download videos, browse websites in full desktop on my p1, 1gb is fairer than 250mb, i won't be happy if i start receiving warning texts and will probley switch to t-mobile or vodafone.

Well I just checked and I'm on 1.12GB so not been cut off yet. I use it as my laptops modem a lot however I think T Mobile will be next for me too.

How do you check how much you've used???, when i go to planet3 it says no data usage for this phone and always does.

As you use multiple phones this method might not work for you, but I always used to go onto the settings, then data in the 4th tab and it'd say.

Under data usage it says, Sorry there is no data usage for this mobile, which is werid cause i have used the internet alot, it says the same thing on my W760 aswell, Maybe my data isn't counting.

I remembered to reset the data counter on the day I got my new monthly allowance.

The My3 data info doesn't work for me either.

Why dnt u cancel the internet (presumably u add 5quid on top of ya mins/txts?) and use payngo where u have 2gb (or even 3gb not sure what the fair use is

I'm pretty sure pay-and-go is 3gig a month, it's the same price aswell £5 a month.

Well I can't cancel the mobile broadband that I have as I need as much as I can get at the moment.

I don't have a landline you see - BT were unable to install one when I moved here last July so I very much rely on the mobile broadband, and the phones modem as well.

Well if it is 3gb. Its even more reason to use payngo. Get a 3 sim frm expansys. Theyre 20quid with 30 quid credit. So youl get 6 months internet for 3.33 per month

So does O2 have a 250MB, 2GB or roughly 3GB limit?

I was told from various sources it was 2GB, which will do fine for me. If its 250MB on the other hand (can't really see it being THIS low), then I will cancel the contract (still under cooling off period).
