Evening Guys and Girls.
Quick question for you. My mum has just recently given up smoking and to keep her mind off wanting to smoke she has joined the local gym. For xmas dad brought her a Nano (new version) but basically she cannot see the track listings even with the text set to large and obviously doesnt want to take a pair of glasses with her into the gym.
Need a neat and tidy way of helping her see the Nano screen better.

Move it closer to her eyes maybe? 
Seriously though, you'll be lucky to find anyway of doing it without seriously increasing its size (like strapping a magnifier onto it).
Best bet is trade it in for an iPod touch, Thats the only way you'll get a large enough screen to see it clearly.

The touch while playing a song only gives you a tiny wee writing.
best of sticking with the Nano and telling her to make a playlist before she goes.

Could retag all cover art with the track name and artist?
I mean like, a picture (duh), but with large text on it.
That could tie in nicely with the whole playlist idea..

press play on shuffle songs when in car, hold down pause for 2 secs to turn it off...
get into gym, press play... et voila... if she doesn't like the song shake the pod to change the song....
finish gym, hold down play for 2 secs..
job done.

Can't she take her glasses to the gym and lock them in a locker after she's set up the music and then the only thing she has to press is 'play'? |
