And if you cant get it you could always flash your phone to get generic, not vodaphone

Hmmm. Flashed to generic and patch unlocked so I can now use my orange sim again. But on first startup I'm getting "Errors occur in the menu.ml file. This may render the menu unusable." Menus seem to be working OK though, so I'm planning to ignore this for now!

That'll be because of your modded menu.ml file has a slight error. The message will only appear once and there is a patch to stop that message from appearing.

i have downloaded the main but it is fbn K800_R8BF003_MAIN_GENERIC_WI_RED53.fbn what i do and whan i click bflash or oflash there is a setdirectory error in far jdflasher. plz help any 1 |

Try to reflash ur phone. connect it with 2+5 if it cant detect it may be ur erom damage.
Or try SEUS

Is there anyway to unlock a W880i CID53?
If so i would like to use thsi phone on the 3 United kingdom network.
any clues as to what main FS Custom packs to use, I was thinking: W880_R8BE001_MAIN_GENERIC_AI_RED53.rar
W880_R8BE001_FS_EUROPE_4_RED53.rar CDA102568_10_R8A_GENERIC_EUROPE_1.zip
Would they be correct?

hi evry1..
i gt my K610i locked after using SEUS.. it is showing msg 'Insert correct sim card' i hv read many forums n gt 2 knw tht we cn patch sim lock.. i cnt use my phone with or without sim due to this lock.. i hv installed till executor.jar & wen i startd my ph. i cant go into games folder as it was locked.. i wnt 2 unlock my ph.. plz help me..

you can flash it manually with another firmware and use custom cda. and it will unlock ur phone.

I suggest you use Omnius and change the CID to 52. Patching will be easier and you'll be able to use XS and SETool2lite for flashing and FS operations.

Yeah, I kinda tried to change it, but it gave me errors
Then I discovered that I can't flash it either
I mean that the procedure starts but it gives me an error like " your phone is not supported "
very annoying...
