hi! i have configured my fon 4 free browsing using globe sim thanks 2 den. now i want 2 use opm v4.2 with sun sim but i cud not install it. i hav already downloaded it to pc and transferd 2 my k00i fon. 1 thing more is that i cud not connect to sun homepage using d default browser but when i changed it to other sites i cud connect. what cud be done here? thanks in advance. |

Try to delete all the Internet profiles of Sun on your phone then redownload it from the support page of Sony Ericsson - www.sonyericsson.com/support
After that, try browsing again. Maybe you have changed something on the Internet settings. Did you change the proxy settings?

den bro! what acct ba dapat? sun internet or sun wap gprs, pag sun internet kasi, may charge ako, if sun wap, hanggang connecting..... lang, salamat po sa tulong! |

i got it working. i mean the opm 4.2. i have to set the java setting to sun wap gprs. only i am not sure if i am not being charged by sun for browsing when using my postpaid acct.

Sun WAP GPRS po gamitin mo. Anong APN nung Sun Internet sa phone mo?

Dude, try mo muna gumamit ng prepaid sim kasi baka macharge ka sa bill mo. Ung friend ko kasi eh ginamit dati ung 4.1 ni aED eh almost 200 naging bill nya sa internet browsing.

Ano bang Internet profile ang gamit mo? Sun WAP GPRS? Try mo magcreate ng isa pang Internet profile tapos ilagay mo sa APN eh minternet. Ang APN kasi nung Sun WAP GPRS eh wap.

i dont think its free. but i heard they dont charge per Kb anymore, just P10 for 30 mins. Valid for 2 hours daw but dont know yet how that works |
