Will i get these flash menu's if i buy a W350i,

It depends. Maybe the operator can disable them. It would be necessary to flash it with a generic firmware.

Yes If you buy the unbranded one, it's City Lights, the other two are Hypnotic and Dreamscape. I have them all on my phone.

Make sure you get debranded phone and you should get those... Anyway, you can ask the shop assistant to turn on the phone and check it before buying.
