Seems to me that if I'm using the phone- tools, with the repeating function, using the call- list, adding notes on the entries, getting the dialogue popups very often, and so on - then the free ram shrinks, and the phone reboots after a while.
If things are more like usual, and I'm not using any of those programs, I don't have any problems.
So it seems to me there are a few surefire ways to hang the phone: make Opera use up all the ram, and then continue to use the browser. Or actively use the extra- functions on the phone- tools.
Most likely it means there's a memory leak - and the privileged apps eat ram- areas other programs have reserved (something ordinary apps can't do).
Well, from what I've seen it's like this: been to a foreign country for 10 days and hardly used the phone (a few calls, a few sms' and some 3 hours of games, NO Opera) and I displayed no problem even after 5 days. I ran out of juice and I had to shut it down. Then, coming back to my country means I can't get more than 9 days using it a lot (esp calls, RSS, Opera, games and programs). So it's usage related. The more you use it, the more it crashes which came to feel "normal" with phones. But if you wanna know an interesting fact, my friend (he came with me abroad) has a HTC Cruise and had to reboot it at least 3-4 times/day esp when using the GPS. I felt really lucky then you know. I am not trying to diss WM but I can't help on comparing 'm.

swmail... since alot of us have G900, can you port the walkman from w960 to G900? and maybe some acoustics from W980 (based on W980)... Many G900 owners would donate for this (for your time porting stuff to G900). So any chance to see walkman 3 from w960 on G900?

well... some people have youtube (10%) and the other 90% can't get it to work. So i don't know. For me... it doesn't work. And if i get some kind of video streaming, it plays very slow, even if the file is buffered.

Youtube mobile sucks... It works only with wifi for me while I can't use it with Bluetooth PAN... Now we need flv video player and video streaming player for our UIQ smartphones to make the internet experience complete.

Only via Wi-Fi? Dang i prefer via 3G since i have a data bundle with my network. Ye they must make a YouTube app for UIQ, hasn't anyone tried porting MobiTubia to UIQ? Is it that hard? I realy like the mods you get for UIQ, S60 could do with some of them.
EDIT: Wait i thought CorePlayerV1.2.5 added flv support in UIQ just like the S60's version?

CorePlayer 1.2.4 or later supports youtube (as a podcast) so you can watch videos. But it is not free you know.
