i was wondering for the places that sell these phone on the internet, are they all unlocked? with prices ranging from $400-$800, since im in the US and I was wondering will this phone work for me... I'm on Cingular network, so all i do is insert my sim card from my old nokia 3360 into the new p800 and it will work just like that? there's nothing else i need to do? please verify me on this... i want to be sure b4 i spend that much money on ordering the phone that it will work with cingular... they run on gsm 1900/tdma... thanks in advanced...

another thing, are all p800's the same? or is it country specific? like UK has its own p800, US has its own p800? or are they all the same thing?

Yes, they are unlocked or actually never locked if you buy it without contract.

The only thing that differs when buying in other countries is the language setup. All P800 has the English language menu option as well as the languages supported by the market where it is sold.
