My T68i was performing wonderfully till yesterday when the vibration stopped working. Rest everything is working fine without any problems. Checked the service menu also, it is not working there as well. What could be wrong? Any good SC in Pune/Mumbai in India??

probably something came loose with the vibrator.
it is located near the bottom of the front faceplate.
if the phone is still under warrenty, just bring it to a SE service point to get it checked and fixed.

The vibration started working on its own. Thanks Avinas for the address, it seems they do not do service in Pune, one has to go to Mumbai to get it done. Do they upgrade the firmware also?

They might be able to upgrade firmware in Mumbai. In Hyderabad, the had to send he phone to Chennai for major repair and upgrade of firmware. So they should be able to upgrade. If they cant, they probably will send ur phone to Chennai or another city where it can be upgraded.
I was charged Rs.250 for upgrading apart from a standard fee of Rs.250(service charge) for upgrading my R380s. Also, they took a week for upgrading. So, say goodbye to ur phone for around a week if you want to upgrade.
