Nice the K850 is a nice phone, but i think im gonna get me the N95 8GB black...

I feel sad for leaving SE, but they dont use the same technology yet...

Nokia Sux.... if you wanna leave SE, get one Sansumg G800.

Well i hate to say it but Nokia has won the 5 megapixel race with N95 8GB as shown in the GSMarena comparison.

Dont look at the second page, first look at all the pictures and decide for yourself which phone has the best pictured A,B,C or D. Then check the voting results.

testing shot with two meters of distance

- Automatic mode, flash on

- nightportrait, flash on (no focus, because the object is black and 100% dark place)
Love or hate me...

Nokia 5120 -> Nokia 6120 -> SE T200 -> Motorola V800 -> SE W800 (stay with my wife) - > SE K800 (stay with my mom) -> Nokia N82 Silver -> Nokia N82 Black Edition - Firmware v30.0.019 -> What is the next??.

- Test with Samsung G600, isnt G800....

- Nokia N95 8GB isnt have big different about normal N95....

The Nokia N95 8GB is the revamped edition of the extremely popular Nokia smartphone. It features the same 5 megapixel camera and it also has the same image processing that we saw with the latest firmware version of the Nokia N95 classic - that means a little bit less sharpening and a lot more speed. The camera lens no longer has a cover, so always take good care of cleaning your lens. With the N95 you can count on good-quality VGA video recoded at 30 fps.

i made a comparison between genus(5.4) and number1(2.9)

genus 5.4(document mode,no flash,timer ON,4 to 5 inches distance)

genus 5.4(document mode,no flash,timer ON,3 inches distance)

number1 2.9(document mode,no flash,timer ON,4 to 5 inches distance)

i cannot take picture in 3 inches distance using number1(2.9) it cannot take focus

@number1,

I notice that there's a bug when using the BestPic feature. It only takes 5 pictures rather than 9, or was it 10? Not too sure about that but I do know that the BestPic is buggy.

From what I think, just looking at the pictures alltotegher - color won.
"color gain" will be more right - so I used to have a "force (58,0f)" on solarize-effect (gen 5.5)
@number1
Thank you for realeasing your final driver !
I'm on the way analyzing it and try to put in a (58,0f) somewhere for me
Just have to find the right place....

@G-Izzat : i don't experience that bug

in my phone BestPic still can capture 9 pictures but i found a bug
Bugs :
- too slow to take focus,need to half-press first then in a few second focus icon appear.
- screen flicker when changing angle(moving the phone),not sure if its a bug

hope Number1 will fixed bestpic

thanks a lot in advance
