Phoning up Vodafone sales is quicker then going thru the whole online order experience, btw they run a cred check whilst your on the phone,
plus they offer you alot more if I had ordered online I'd had to pay 25 for myphone, ringing them up I got it free, so if anyones thinking of taking out a contract with them phone em up it's quicker.

Phones and sim pack are sent via Parceline it takes 2-3 days for delivery,
when I had myphone exchanged at the door it came next day so perhaps it might be next day as to being Xmas and everything

it's been my first month with Vodafone btw and I couldn't be more happier with there service Scott enjoy your phone btw

Hi all,

Due to the number of requests i have received both here and via PM for a debranding guide i am now posting a guide in this section of the Forum this is not my guide but is the easiest one i have found and used and contains credits to where it has come from. It also includes a link to the Nemesis Service suite and although the guide is for the N95 it is applicable to other S60 devices.

This may seem like a silly question, but how to write a "*" in a sms?

Hi all,

Well for of all you that really liked the Haze Theme i have found a version that doesn't have the bugs and has IMO some really nice custom app icons to. This version has much better and more viewable icons although you can choose the default Nokia icons or custom icon versions. Many thanks to the Theme creator PiZero and here are some screenshots of his Like Haze2.

This Theme and many more excellent Themes can be found on his Website at this link

This is now my current Theme and comes from yet another well known and very talented Theme creator babiNokia and is called BlackCarbon V2 again it is available with either default or Custom icons i am using the Custom icons and really like them.

This Theme and many more can be found at his site here

Well, they don't. But I'm sure there is a solution.

To send a sms without revealing the source tel.number we must type *conf#here the text , to have the sms delivery delayed a certain number of hours *difxxhere the text , being xx the number of hours, to send a sms to a fax number *fax#here the text , etc. etc.

We can type a * when dialing a number, but not in a text? I'm really puzzled.

edit:
It was after all a silly question. The theme I was using had the same back and foreground colour on this item, and so I couldn't see the *.

Well i just tried a text message and if you press the bottom left * key it does bring up all the symbols both in the To or actual message so i really don't understand why it is not working for you.

Hi scottt

No problems with the lens but the i use a PDAir flip case that protects it and can just be held out of the way easily when taking pictures, but then i don't chuck my devices around and treat them with respect. I was lucky with my original N95 had no build issues and the N95 8GB certainly doesn't as although the slide was really stiff when i first got it is not so stiff now but still nice and tight. I am more than happy with both the build quality and performance of this device it really is both well built and fast and stable.

I just got mine in the mail, charging as we speak. So far very impressed. Whoever told you S60 phones were slow, has to see this.

I might just do my own little review.

@Miss UK

The N95 8GB boots in just 22 seconds which is faster then some no smart phones and it's overall speed in all it does is impressive. The days of S60 being slow are long gone on the newer devices.
