^ The circles on the background reminded me of your concept in the concept thread, while the hexagons reminded me of your 3d gundam model

made the background in 3ds Max, coloring and lineart done in PaintToolSAI then just used photoshop for some filters. Quite happy with how it came out, took me quite a lot of time (about 2 days) as I was trying to learn something new in coloring.

I recently joined the Pixiv community was surprised with the neatness of the site, besides I will be posting my anime drawings on that site and just hotlink them here, while DA will serve as my hosting site for my concept designs :3 I'm too busy to work on a new art though, it'll take me a while before I could roll full blast again

well thanks to my FB notification, I learned that the .com version just came in english  I like the fact that the site is mostly free. DA as of late has become a community for people who are willing to shell $$$ to get more features than those who are just joining the community to share their works. I also have an android app of Pixiv for my smartphone to keep me in touch of the happenings in there
and BTW, I'm also a MAL (myanimelist) member for 2 years already
here's some of my entries from my dashboard, my entries were mere reworks of the projects I've submitted at DA. it'd take me few months before I could start working on a completely new art.

yeah deviantart has a lot of features but premium membership is most often required and it kind of cost quite a lot last time I checked, not that I'm interested in paying for such features, I'm just there to share and look at others works. I usually just join or watch a group at DA so I get to see daily new works from groups there.
