yeah sony really improved the R8BA024 firmware a lot.
The original camera, acoustics and everything else is perfect.
Since I have flashed to this latest firmware I haven't felt the need to customize anything yet, unless somebody releases a substantial update. |

R8BA024 for K800 have Photofix and TrackID?

I would like to try that on my K800,R1ED001 to see if it makes any difference... |

R8BA024 camdriver is the same like R1ED001 - 2.5

accoustics yes, java yes as far as camera no, its the same drivers as r1kg...or r6bc002 as far as what it shows...

and has anyone tested out JV, wots new with it and wot it can do?

peter's v1.1 is still the best tested r8 FW its not that loud as pete's
number1's 7.56 document mode with the new FW R8

is this in terms of farfield or PHF?
ive tried farfield of R8B, i think has more bass than V1.1

Hmmm, still pondering whether or not to upgrade my firmware.
Do you guys think R1JG001 is too old? Lol. I've had no problems with it so that's why I've never decided to upgrade.
But if getting the newest will help with camera quality, I might do it
