My contract is ending at the beginning of October and i dont have any idea on which phone to get. I did have my eye on the Sony Ericsson W960i but i found out it doesnt come out till December Does any one have any ideas on which phone is similar and has a big memory which can hold lots of music and photos? please help.

If you wrote this in a mobile phone section of the forum (ie other manufactures) You would probably get more responses. This is the "non mobile" section. Not criticizing just helping.

Well, it depends on if you want the memory to be built into the phone or if you will accept it on a memorycard. If you will accept a memorycard then mabey the p1i is a good choice, it has just about the same features as the w960 minus the walkman player.

If you look on the news section on the front page you will see Sandisk are going to release an 8gb m2 card in q4 which is the same capacity as the built in memory of the w960, which you could purchase with the p1i to make it closer to being a w960 - just as I have already said the advantage of the w960 is the walkman player.

You can also on the second versions of the Nokia N81 and N95. They have just been upgraded to 8gb internal memory if you dont mind nokia phones. I think they put memory cards if my brains serve me right. You can then get the 4gb memory card from sandisk. Or wait for the realese of the 8gb, 16gb, or the 32gb memory card from toshiba. All details hn esato news.
