those handsets are quite diverse in what they can do i.e. camera, no camera, 4GB in built storage, etc.
These sorts of posts should alway be accompanied by what would you like to do with your handset IMHO.
I'll make it easy for you - if you want a camera, DON'T get the W950i or M600i.
EDIT: The two of you beat me to it!

I'm not so sure about W950. Its got a horrid keypad which makes typing very difficult

K810 is good, if i may ask, do the keypad buttons fade? Coz my k618 d-pad faded, do they have the same material made? Does w950 have a vitual keypad when writing sms or just the built keypad?

@wilman: no-one has complained about that yet, so it seems that it doesnt happen with this.

Great Walkman phone with large touchscreen > W950
Great Cybershot phone with great design > K810
It depends on your needs
Overall I'd go for the K810 |

K810 mate!! K810 was great for me (untill I got my signal problem) the m600 and w950 are just gonna give you troubles. The k810 is the best all rounder you could want
Great cam
Great mp3- may wanna get the walkman headphones
Great at everything else! |
