Those phones are good but

i worry for it's battery because of the 16M colors
no battery probs on e61/i despite 16 m colours, though... And,btw, no buggy symbian either - very fast, and in 9 months it didn't freeze/hang once! (...and I do use it very very much!)

different thing goes to the 6300, in which the only issue so far that bugs users was the battery life(note: it doesn't even have 3G either) and most of the time admit it or not symbian devices have tons of issues compared to the more problem free S40

I haven't had any issues with either my N73 or N95. I think the key is memory management, and I'm a freak for shutting down programs when I'm done with them. I don't let things run in the background. Even with the success I've had with s60, I'd love to give a slick s40 device a whirl. Just for comparison. The 6500 Slider looks like it might be just the one to try.

THIN is surely - IN ! ! ! This was started by Samsung if I'm not mistaken . . . The first image looks like that of the K800 !

What I'm really waiting for is the N82...5mp and VGA recording at 30fps.
we already have a N95, so why wait for N82?
N82 is sexy.
Nokia 6500 Slide looks good, though I want a white version.

Yes, Samsung C100 started it unoficially though not as slim as RAZR before, but it's extremely slimmer than the 24mm standard mobiles! ), Motorola RAZR promoted it officially to the public in a sheer slimness of 14mm and nokia made it's version in the "person" of 6500 classic!

Does classic have expandable memory, or just 1GB??
Slider specs are nice; I'm just hoping the VGA video is 30fps, not 15(like 6280....waste of time).....
From specs site!

The 6500 Slide supports "dual-band UMTS"? Does that mean it will work on the 2100 European and 850 American frequencies?!!!!! Very nice!
It seems so!
As I looked from Nokia website, it's WCDMA 850 / 2100 and GSM 850 /900 / 1800 / 1900.
Superb! Excellent!
Maybe I have to abandon Sony Ericsson and join Nokia...
