One drawback though, you don't provide satisfying support. I sent tickets three times and got answered inappropriately. When I got 99E0W strange info on my firmware , Wotan said " for sure it's because you don't take out the M2 and SIM card before flashing". Give me a break! I'm not that stupid to do so....I uploaded my debug info.txt...same....same answer. What a support.

So if you get 99E0W even if updating sw without memory card then this is customization file issue. Sometimes you get same error even with original sw ;D. Anyway this does not have anything to do with phone functionality.
