Oh Ok..

I thought I read somewhere that SEUS could reflash using same firmware ? Is there not a way to force a reflash using SEUS ?

@rosslewis
Dont stress, I do things like that daily! Just look at what I did today..

@Coxy
Doesn't SE Tool need a special cable? or will the bundled DCU-60 do fine? If it doesn't require any other cables, where might I get hold of SE Tool?

@amanno1
I know what I'm doing (although sometimes I wonder myself), I just didn't realize external fonts were also loaded into RAM.

@simpsons
If you find a way please tell me!

Well, tomorrow all the shops are closed so I'm gonna have to wait till tuesday to get it fixed.

it happened once to me on p910i, and though i do not fully remember the process,still i would suggest following-

1. remove your sim card
2. restart the phone without sim
3. most likely when phone starts it would show screen for inserting sim
4. instead of inserting sim do following
jog dial up * jog dial down jog dial down * jog dial down *
5.most likely you will get hidden service menu
6. format internal disk from service menu

hope it works

then there is no option but to reflash it. while upgrading there is an option to "upgrade anyway" even if u have latest firmware. i have reflashed m600i firmware twice with same organisor version.

Dude, I took my w900i in to Vodaworld to get some fixes, an update and a pat on the back. Lo and behold, they scratched my phone. I complained on www.hellopeter.co.za , and got things sorted out. Think they ended up giving me a completely new handset. If Vodacom screws up, you give them crap, and keep on giving them crap till they sort it out. You are Vodacom, right?

There was no option like that, just exit and return to the main screen.

Yeah that's what i'm worried about. My boet just got his phone back for the second time and they've now lost his aerial extender cover, something small but even still, they could treat our property with a little more respect.
Yes I'm Vodacom.
Thanks for the link, just took the phone in now, if they give me problems I'll kick up a stink.
I even kept my stylus just in case.

Now i'm just kicking back at the Mugg & Bean soaking up some free internet!

Enjoy the rest of your day everyone.
