It is possible to change the IMEI number with only a "simple" data
cable and a program which I don't remember right now, but it only works for Nokia And Samsung's!!! I'll tell you the program as soon as I find it...

So if it's that easy, what do you think could be the ultimate solution for this?

I think phone makers should start relying on chips that contain some kind of permanent address. Just like what Lan cards have.

Dapat siguro, mabigat din ang penalty sa mga mahuhuling cell hackers and people who buy stolen cellphones.....they're all accesory to the crime.
