Well, my phone is off to be upgraded and will hopefully come back fixed. Mine consistently locked up in the exact same places every time so it was useless to me except to place voice calls. Sad thing is I have to ship it to the UK to get serviced and pay to have it shipped back to me (here in the US), ahh the price paid not to be at the tail end of cell phone technology. I wish Ericsson US would get off their hind ends and support this phone for us!

Xenious, make sure you check it when it comes back, i had the same thing done, but when I got the phone back it was the same software version. Big pain in the ass. I acutally had mine flashed here in the us, through a private company. Cost me a little, but was worth it

I have just experienced crash number 2, trying to check out e-mail using gprs. I see message below with similar. I have heard that entering POP and SMTP servers as numbers is better than as text...?

I actually had mine in as numbers, and as far as I can tell that is the exact thing that started my perpetual lock-ups. The previous night it had worked fine, but the next day I did a send/recieve over gprs and it never said "connecting" from then on I had the constant lockups. My baby better come back with R1C and a smile for what I'm paying to ship it next day back and forth to the UK.

You should ask the service center you ask to upgrade you phone to install a language pack that includes Spanish. They should be able to do so quite easily!

The only difference I found after upgrading my T68 to R1C was faster software. I cannot feel anything else has changed.

I heard that the MMS Compatibility won't happen untill february next year, that is phonewise. The operator you are using must also open up an MMS Center before you can start using the service.
