The download agent is used to get updates for applications you install on you handheld. But the applications have to support online updates. So far it only supports newer applications developed using Microsofts proprietary Compact Framework 2.0, and deployed using the new 'ClickOnce' technology. It saves developers losts of time and resources for developing their own Online Update feature. But so far not many developers are choosing to use this feature, as, when they develop a newer version, they prefer to sell it, rather then offer free updates to people who already purchased an older copy.

i am facing problems with Microsoft Active Sync lately, it doesnt synchronize with K-JAM and thus doesnt get connected.
it used to work before, but now the problem.
i have read the manual again and gone through the cd too, but all in vain... 
just wanted to know that is there any alternate to Microsoft Active Sync software that works with K-JAM? 
please help guys!

what the hell, its been 16 months since i bought the K-JAM and club i-mate has still the same old ROM version?
For the Worldwide English Build:
Rom version: 2.16.9.1
Radio version: 02.07.10
ExtROM version: 2.16.9.101
no updated ROM in 16 months? 
what the heck!
