I got my k-jam back in the post today, fixed, and under warranty
they also tested it and checked call quality and a few other things including cleaning it right up
very happy

I was without the k-jam for 2 weeks but I'll probably sell it now.
I'm using the  M600 at the moment and waiting for the k-jam replacement to come in a few weeks
I don't know if they did a hard reset because I always do the myself before sending devices away and I don't want other people seeing my private data

pretty mcuh the same except for a 2 megapixel camera and a second camera for video calling

@masseur i downloaded the latest version of .NET Compact Framework 2.0 Service Pack 1 Redistributable from here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=0C1B0A88-59E2-4EBA-A70E-4CD851C5FCC4&displaylang=en
it was a 37.1 mb file and now i have downloaded and installed it on pc.
now my question is how do i install the latest version of that software on my K-JAM?
its very confusing. 
can you help me download it on the device?
