For the people who dont know what they are its the next gen dvds. Blue Ray is Sony's and Hd dvd is Toshiba's Br can store 25gb and 50gb on dual layer. Hd can store 15gb i think and 30gb on dual layer, there's also a triple layer 45gb but dont know much about that one. Blue ray cost's more to produced than Hd dvd. I know none of them are here yet but what will u more than likely choose

Blu-Ray comes with PS3, so I guess I'll have that, but I'll be waiting for someone to release a dual format player, before I buy a dedicated set. I know of a few companies already working on them, and they're very hard to make, as there's so many lenses that have to be crammed in there.

Im getting PS3 to so i'll have Br to. i dont think im gonna get just a Blue Ray player though

I think i'll wait for maxells HVD, which after a few years will be able to hold 1.6TB. The first generation will hold 300GB.
