Congrats nils7!

I must ask you also ... see anything regarding push email?

Someone should setup a seriously hype track like Dr. Kucho's Esparanza to test for all owners to see how their playback at the same volume is; and their Mega Bass settings are.

dont use push email or any email on the phone so i dont know about that but the volume is very loud, louder then the w800 but the quality of the sound isnt so good when using the speakers but when listening to it with headphones i think its better then the w800 for some reason.

@SE Indonesia & nils7; both of you guys thanks!

I'm still not detered about this phone.

Looks like I'll be getting it unbranded & unlocked via Black & branded yet unlocked in VodaFone branded white - um scratch that I'll wait until April to get it unbranded in White for the wife.

OK found a bit of information regarding SE W900i's advertised "PUSH EMAIL".

its the OMA Push Email standard based on WAP Push support.

"E-mail is often used in the so-called pull mode, in which the e-mail client asks the server if new messages are available and then downloaded in to the client. OMA Device Synchronization (OMA DS), as well as IMAP4 IDLE, enables the e-mail server to send real-time updates to the e-mail client. These are examples of push e-mail, where the e-mail server automatically “pushes” new e-mails to the e-mail client when they arrive.

OMA Email Notification (EMN) enables the mobile e-mail client to be notified of a new e-mail using mobile network protocols. OMA EMN enables e-mail servers to invoke the e-mail client residing on the mobile device using the WAP Push framework. E-mail notification is defined in the form of a new content type that can be pushed to a device using WAP Push. This will allow e-mail servers to send notifications in a standardised format without the need to address various e-mail client implementations.

For users, OMA EMN provides a similar experience to SMS/MMS. A connection to the e-mail server is opened when the notification is received, new e-mails fetched on the background, and the mobile e-mail client doesn’t need to maintain a data connection with the server for the e-mail push to work"

Although the source isnt from SE ... with a google search it was the best explanation I've found thus far.
Anyone know of free no advertising based IMAP4 email servers?

@ Indo, hows the keypad for texting? The keys look a bit flush and hard to find, but well spaced.

Thanks

Texting is no problem, much better buttons than W550i.
