I've found out that the creaking noise on my K750i
comes from one of the mp3 song, I've deleted the song.
No more creaking...back to normal. |

damn, i just got a 512mb from a friend of mine who gave it to me at a good price, now i have 260 songs, and the problem is that, i can't go immediately at any song, btw, my fone is a k750.. does the w800 f/w have a search function in playing songs? i mean, searching for any songs while typing it, or any other similar searching method (aside from the disc 2phone songs) tnx!

Hi,
Does anyone have problems in searching your addressbooks? I have a W800i and everytime i press a button when im on my contact list i immediately jump to the first entry of that particular letter. For example, if I'm searching for Uzi, I press letter U, i would go to first entry of U (eg Ubi). If I press z, immediately I would go to Zebra not to Uzi. I notice same problem on K750i of my friend. But function works fine on K700.

That's the limitation found on China firmware. Euro firmware versions have the multiple character search function.

Can I update my phone to the Euro firmware using SEUS? |

Indeed. My K750i was my favourite SE along with the T610. An absolutely fantastic phone.

just adding...
I have K750 (and K850) and my husband has W800 (and N95).... we love our phones...
the simplest comparison for K750 and W800:
what are you going to use the phone for? if you're geared more toward music, get the W800. there a lot of features for listening to music plus you're getting the higher-end earphone to listen to those music. if these do not apply, then, get yourself the K750.
my husband chose his W800 because of those exact reasons. I chose K750 because I want a plain dark colored phone versus milky orange white colored phone one thing I love most from my K750 is the shortcut button, which enables me to switch on Bluetooth easily and turn on the silent mode faster than having to go through settings bla bla bla.
