Installing JIT V2 on rooted X10

Files needed:
1: xRecovery Installer
2: JIT enabler V2

Make sure Busybox is installed.
Copy both files to your SD-card.
Install the first file with your file-manager app.
Run xRecovery Installer.
Choose Install xRecovery from the menu, wait 10 seconds and switch off the phone.
After 10 seconds switch the phone back on> When ¨Sony Ericsson¨ appears on the screen, press the back button 3 times> After a few seconds a menu should appear.
Scroll to ¨ install custom zip¨ with the volume keys> Press home button to select.
Select ¨JIT_Enabler_v2-zdz.zip¨ to install JIT.
Next, choose reboot phone from xRecovery menu. >finished!

I extracted this howto from here.

Same thing happened to me first time round. It is BusyBox related. When you install xRecovery does Green ticks appear next to all 3 things on the list?
If it doesnt and Red circles with a line through them appears next to those three items its means you need to install a different BusyBox.
I just went into Busybox and changed the BusyBox that I got from the Market with the the 2nd choice version it offers (1.18 git unofficial)
Went into xRecovery to install and Green ticks appeared next to all three things on the list.
Worked after doing that when I switched on the phone.

Hoping someone can help. When using the regular X10 keyboard, there's an option that allows you to quickly change it from QWERTY to a 9 digit T9 dialpad simply by flicking the keyboard to the side. The other keyboard then appears in it's place and allows you to type the old T9 way. Somehow I've turned off this feature. Anyone know where I go to turn it back on? Thanks!

I don't have the android keyboard but all keybords are found in "Settings>language and keybords" here you will find your android keybord, enter settings and find the option for portrait mode in there and you will be able to change back to numerickeybord.
