WTF, using an unbranded SE phone which I had previously updated to R2L on SEUS, now when I try to update to R2E I get
"Your operator does not approve the usage of this service for this device.
We look forward to assist you again soon.

I've updated two unbranded K700i's(EU_4) now without any problems. Just smooth sailing. |

Update works fine. None-branded phone from the beginning. However, only English and Icelandic language supported..? Living in Norway and would like to have my own language on it. Did SE forget this? |

@stigwh, try doing a master reset as stated by some people on the previous post and it restored the missing languages..hope this helps

For those who have problem updating their k700 using SEUS.
Backup everything and perform a master reset ALL.
Then try to update again. It seems that the online service have
problems with phones filled with stuff. Mine is now successfully
upgraded to R2AE and the camera is working again!

I updated my phone to R2AE033 no problem the other day but have been getting a few problems with it. I checked the log and noticed that there were a few probs with the update so I tried again. Now the system confirms that my phone cannot be updated as the operator prevents it. The log is as follows:
