The MC16 was a HP360lx with Windows CE and extra software for Ericsson phones and the MC128 was a Psion 5MX with Ericsson phone support. |

I have to correct you!
There have been three different ///-pda's
MC12 (equivalent of an HP Jornada 320) running Windows CE 1.0
MC16 (equivalent of an HP Jornada 360) running Windows CE 2.0
MC218

I was using MC218 for a while. There are some differences between MC and 5MX but only in software(mc has Phone and WAP apps), design(original violet panels, while 5mx has black&silver design, ericsson-styled touchpad buttons). Leather case and DI28 included. BTW MC218 were produced only on Psion factories in UK.

Maybe GS88 uses SIBO Clone? Hope you will bring that rarity back to life.
Something about MC218
http://www.mypsion.ru/hardware.php?aid=1395
http://www.geek.com/hwswrev/pda/mc218mt/
and about R380s
http://www.mypsion.ru/library.php?aid=619
They say R380 uses Intel StrongARM. Is that true?
There's R380s, MC218(or Series 5) on that pic and Anoto C-Pen.
