Some T39 handsets being sold on the net are not original ones. The paper quality and print of back stickers was also bad. They were printed as Made in Sweden though not with A51 S/N.

@Wapt Not al swedish models s/n begin with A51. My A1018 s/n begins with A61. What is the meaning of two digits that come after A?

It is by another factory in Sweden. For example some batchs of R320s and R380s/sc/world.

@bobba:

doesn't really matter that much to me since an /// will always be an /// & i don't wanna waste time in opening phones since the only time I do open units is when they malfunction or something.

Also the malaysian one does look a lot better, even the battery since that T68m (sweden) had been with me since time in memoriam

@wapt

you're right I saw someone using a 256Mb MMC with his HPM-10 already, also my HPM-10 was made 01W17 & already ahs the "sonyericsson logo just right beside the mp3 sign. I got this one I think about early part of 2002 in a local shop here in the Philippines & had misplaced it for a long time...I already lost the software CD and everything else that came along with it but now that I found it even persons here with W800i's & high end Nokias & sassy looking MP3 players turn their heads at the spectacle that had just passed them by.

Everyone's astonished by my HPM-11 & HPM-10.

@ ericsson-man:

you truly are an exceptional collector-this is the first time I ever saw this unit & all the while I thought only the R380 was the only /// touchscreen phone.

I'd do anything to get a hold of your baby!

Nice one dude =)

@bart
For sure I will let everybody know... I'm planning to take a funny picture with my doughter, my son and a T39m, in the hospital.

Don't forget that to store my phones I need a desk, while the 'puppets' are keeping a room!!!The comics lay on huge half-room bookshelf, and a bit less than 30 years of videogame consoles and cartridges just fill the cellar...

@ericsson-man
a masterpiece...

Any other or better ideas?

Also a question is, if it it usefull to make for every mail a new mailbox with account datas or just make a redirection to a private mailbox and you just make a new account at your mail-app with correct reply-to adress?!?

wow i never thought someone here had that prototype.
its so rare. the first pics i found about this model date back almost a year.
it brings me joy to see this wonderfull device, but also sadness, knowing that SEMC don't have the guts to make this kind of devices... unless we can do something about it...
With Ericsson and Nokia gone: we must keep their spirits alive and buy JOLLA or YOTA
