I'm sorry, but what is T60? Another proto? Why is T10's antenna in the right top corner of the phone(even A1018 has aerial in the left top corner)? Why ericsson changed their traditional design in that model?

Been along time I have been away from Ericsson phones, but now after along time using NXXXa phones, I am back with Ericsson and SonyEricsson products. Still have my TU1 R520m prototype, and after loosing my Silver R520m when my car was stolen back in 2003 just under two years ago, I managed to get a new R520m in copper le mans, to replace it with. Also have a CDT-10 coming, along with a CHA-30 chatpen maybe even two of them, and have just bought a T39m as well. Still have a GA628 and a couple of other models some where, also have the MP3 player boxed up lying around some where, and when I get them all gathered up, I will get some photos taken of them.

@boba: hej.. U too... theres both bad and good news... im about to get a b/n as it could be R520, thought u might be interested And, allthough i know it doesn´t belong here in this petictulair thread, i´m about to get a couple t600´s, which i like a lot... one of the most beautiful Se´s ever made, despite the fact, that its an OEM product..?
Unfortunatly, i´ve got my R380s (and s868) stolen.. so now i have no ///´s.. Think R380s needed a firmware update, cause it kept crashing, anyway, i miss it alot..
BTW, i gotta tell u.. brilliant work u are doin´... and cool with the eriline and erimail... very appriciated, really nice too see someone who keeps the good old /// alive.. GOOD JOB

Saw the pictures by elsapo and jc earlier. Nice. As I know, most the models(sc&mc) manufactured for Chinese market had labeled as "Made by Ericsson" during the T28/R320/T29/T39/R380/R520/T66/T68/T65 years. Think it was due to marketing reason, stupid though. The T39mc owned by Elsapo was just made by one of the two Ericsson factories in China. It was an original one for sure.

Box from my T28s is made in China(or, if you want, made by Ericsson), it is made for de, en, fr and has a big stamp 'BIN 28 jul 2001 DARI'. So there are T28s for eu market and that are produced by ERICSSON.

Hi guys I'm back! regarding bobba's question, my fw in my sweden made T68m was R1A the first one.
@wapt:
I got my HPM-10 working already after a long time via a "TRANSCEND" brand 128Mb MMC. I had just formatted it through my wife's SPV E-100 through the Smart Task Manager application from (binarys.com) & it works fine now without having to buy a genuine SANDISK MMC, I'm gonna try a 256Mb next...
...Perhaps since the device is running on Windows, it was rather a universal card fomatter or the likes.
Ohh...that clean & crisp sound that only an MP3 player of its time could deliver. My favorite bands sound definitely better with my HPM-10, Rush, Metallica, Skid Row, Anthrax...wowee the list just goes on & on |

That's everything i can say about serial numbers on phone boxes and the factories they were produced:
1) S/N begins with letter 'A' - Mobile produced in Sweden
2) S/N begins with letters 'BD' - Mobile produced in Malaysia
3) S/N begins with letters 'CB' - Mobile produced in China (labeled Made by Ericsson)
2) S/N begins with letters 'TP' - Mobile produced in Taiwan

@boba&bart
thanks for your precious info.
I would really like to start collecting /// phones, as I'm a kind of 'collections addicted', but my second child's gonna jump out in a week and I'll have to save money, somehow...
If you know about someone that likes Marvel action figures, let him know that I would like to sell a dozen of boxes full of brand new items, never opened. Apx 500 figures.
Tia.
Cheers.
My collection: SE P800/Z1010/T630/Z600/T68i/M600i/Z250i/P1i/G900, Ericsson T39m/T39mc/T65/T65proto, Nokia 6600/6680/8210 /2630/E51/5800XM, Motorola MPX200-WM 2003/V550, Palm Treo 600/680, HTC S620 WM 6.1(now 6.5), LG KG800 Chocolate. |

@bleurdeur, That's fine with your HPM-10. Someone told that a 256MB card also works, but there were not much information available. I have thought it's more like a hardware issue for my MMC card(came with a Nokia phone). Formated it using Windows 2000 command line with formating parameters through the built in SD/MMC drive on my laptop, it doesn't work either. Will try to format it through a Pocket PC later and see.
