@mrao I use psx 1.8 for playing ps1 games, runs better with all settings on my system than the #1 epsxe.

yeah but i was charged an additional $10, other option(free) is they install the recovery partition someone on the hdd and use up more valuable space, which is wat niru got i think..

yep i got the win xp cd's + dell media direct cd along with other stuff. Wasnt charged separately for it though.
@san you already gave me the link and i still got it. thanks
but doesnt doing a fresh install damage media direct? Meaning the cd i got is just the repair disc and not an installation one |

hey niru chk out the link i sent, it has instructions on how to repair media direct (its a seperate partition bout 47mb) so as long as u dont delete it while installin windows u will be fine. have fun doin it n if u need ne help lemme kno, as i just did it few days back.

ok, so carbon won't work with the ps2 emu.

BTW, i downloaded a compressed image of the ps2 game, 176 mb; when extracted it was 2.8 gb.
